| Data Back Up | Backup data from a working system onto an adequate media. (DVD/CD/USBHD). |
| Data Recovery | Recover data from a crashed computer or hard drive. Also includes recovery of files from digital camera media. |
| Diagnosis | Evaluate issues and prepare an estimate for repair costs. |
| Existing Network – Add Device | Install and configure one additional device to an existing network. |
| Hardware Install | This is for the install of an internal or external hardware component. (Memory, Video Card, Printer, iPhone, iPod, sound card, camera, scanner, webcam) |
| Install Operating System | Install chosen operating system and all drivers. (This does not include a license) |
| Install Software | Install one software title on one machine |
| Onsite Repair Min | Minimum visit or repair charge. |
| Security | Virus and spyware removal. This is for systems where the virus/spyware can be removed. This charge does not cover a complete system recovery. |
| Tune Up | Repair issues with the operating system and its main functions. Run all updates on the system and installed software/drivers. Run system clean-ups. Defragment the hard drive. |
| Visit Charge | On-Site or pick-up charge |
| Wireless Network Setup | Charge for setting up and securing a wireless network. Router and 1 computer. (hardware not included) |
| Wireless Network Setup – Additional | This is the cost for adding additional hardware to an existing network on the same visit. |
